Why Healthynate?


During our coaching sessions, we look at all three areas (nutrition, movement and balance) since taking into account one area only is usually not enough to achieve your goal on the long run.


Every person is different. For example, certain people can't tolerate some foods, don't like strength training, or aren't a fan of meditation at all. And that's good, because that makes my work exciting and your package so unique.


Rapid weight loss is possible, but hardly successful on the long run. Also changing certain behaviors takes time. That's why I support you on your long-term journey to a healthier life - requiring endurance and personal responsability from your side.

Particularly in the area of weight reduction and behavioral change, it takes endurance. Crash diets lead to a yo-yo effect and good intentions are only short-lived. Therefore, my promise to you is that I will stay by your side until you are independent and satisfied with the result you wanted to achieve.

Part of my coaching involves setting realistic goals. Losing 10kg in two weeks may make you happy in the short term, but the yo-yo effect is pretty much guaranteed. And not only that, usually with such a crash diet you gain even more weight afterwards than than the wage originally indicated. My goal is to avoid such an unsatisfying strategy and to help you sustainably to live a healthier life.

Don't worry. I don't force anyone to stand in the kitchen every day and become a splits-making bodybuilder. The strategy we define for you will be tailored to your needs. The most important thing is that we find a sustainable strategy to reach your goals in the long run. Besides, for many people a to full program is an additional stress factor and stress is one of the key elements we want to reduce with the healthynate program.
