Every person is different. For example, certain people can't tolerate some foods, don't like strength training, or aren't a fan of meditation at all. And that's good, because that makes my work exciting and your package so unique.
Rapid weight loss is possible, but hardly successful on the long run. Also changing certain behaviors takes time. That's why I support you on your long-term journey to a healthier life - requiring endurance and personal responsability from your side.
